Terms of Sale

Full payment, including any applicable fees, is required with each order. No work will proceed until payment is received. Once the order is verified, no refunds are issued, and partial refunds are not available for incomplete work.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the files have not been sent to production and the refund request is made within 30 days of the order. If work has not started, a refund will be subject to a processing fee.

File Requirements

All submitted images may be cropped approximately 1/16″ to 1/8″ for bleed and cutting purposes. Please ensure that all files meet the necessary requirements for processing.

Turnaround Times

Orders submitted after business hours will begin processing the next business day. Turnaround time does not include weekends or holidays. If the artwork is not provided in an acceptable format, your order will be placed on hold until the correct files are submitted.

Turnaround times are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen issues such as equipment failure or delivery carrier delays.

Rush Service

Rush orders are prioritized but do not guarantee specific turnaround times. Communication with our staff regarding desired completion times can help meet your expectations.

Will Call

Orders held for Will Call will be available for pickup for 30 days from notification. After 30 days, orders are considered abandoned and may be recycled. Additional charges may apply if a shipment is refused.

Changing Files Once Sent to Production

No changes can be made once an order has been sent to production. If changes are needed before production begins, a cancellation request may be made, subject to a cancellation fee.

Complaints

Any complaints must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. If defects are identified, we will reprint the job at no additional charge, assuming 100% of the defective items are returned.

Proofs

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing their layouts and ensuring accuracy. Proofing and approval must be done before the final print, and any delays or errors in proofs may affect turnaround times.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable for orders in certain regions. Customers must provide tax-exempt certificates if applicable.

Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify the company from any claims or actions regarding copyright or proprietary rights related to submitted materials.

Delivery

Turnaround times may vary and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays in delivery due to issues with carriers or other external factors.

An email will be sent when an order is ready for pickup or shipping. Please check your email and junk mail folders for notifications.
